The New Hampshire Off Highway Vehicle Association, P.O. Box 96, Cornish Flat, NH, 03746, 413-200-8061 or info@nhohva.org, in the processing of club memberships will collect personal information in the form of names, postal address, email address and phone number. Our third-party service provider “Stripe” processes all online payment information.

By providing this personal information you agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy.

NHOHVA will not sell membership information to any third party. However, membership information will be made available to the following interested parties: NHOHVA and their affiliated clubs and New Hampshire Fish & Game Department to validate the facilitation of Club Membership Registration Rates and other F & G business.

Digital Content in the form of proof of NHOHVA Club Membership will be provided after purchase of club membership either through the NHOHVA.org website or through manual membership processing by affiliated clubs. This proof will be provided in the form of a voucher that states: Member Information, Club Information, NHOHVA Membership and Club Member ID#. The purchaser’s final acknowledgement of the paid transaction will be when the voucher attachment is opened through email communications.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Any refund requests must be made in writing by paper or email along with a description of the reason. Refunds will be processed after sufficient proof has been provided and with approval from NHOHVA Executive Committee and the club joined.

Examples of proof not limited to: Proof that the voucher has not been used to purchase an OHRV registration at the Club Member discount rate. Proof can require a copy of your OHRV registration and could require NHOHVA to contact NH Fish & Game to confirm that the unique Club Member ID was not used in the purchase of an OHRV Registration.

Once a refund decision is made in the affirmative the monies will be transferred within 7 to 10 business days by the Stripe payment service. NO check or cash refunds by NHOHVA.
